  On Nov. 26th (2016) at about 4:30 that Saturday afternoon (after Thanksgiving) - I was driving from South Jackson to South Belleville for a family reunion. I had a tire which needed to be repaired due to a slow leak. After stopping at a fuel station for air - to find that they required you to FEED the compressor change - I moved on and found the Victory Lane in Saline.
  
  I was very graciously invited into one of their warm open service bays and was greeted by Jacob. I told this VERY KIND young man what I needed help with and he happily and respectfully inflated my soft tire, checked ALL my fluids, asked about my wiper blades, etc. and sent me SAFELY on my way without charging me anything! Didn't try to sell me anything - what a SHOCK!!!!
  
  Since my car was 1,000 miles overdue for an oil change; I asked Jacob if he would take care of that since I was in there. He checked my oil and showed me how clean it was. Said he would be happy to change it but it could probably wait another 1,000 miles. Since I was trying to get to my destination on time; I was VERY encouraged and grateful for the reassurance that my oil was still in very good condition and that task could wait! Where do you find this kind for business ethic in this world today?
  
  It is my personal experience and the same with other women I have spoken with that they are not treated with due respect as clients "in a man's world". However, I see by the comments here that women, are very respected at the Saline location and leave more than relieved and satisfied! So grateful to be treated with honor and respect! I have most definitely found a new place to have my car maintenance taken care of! Thank you! G.

  Just stopped in to visit this Victory Lane again!!! Was met by Michael and his partner in training Justin! I was AGAIN treated with the utmost care and respect!!! A year + ago I invested in a very "pricey" (for me) oil change where I switched to SYNTHETIC oil rather than organic. Save MONEY and SAVE THE EARTH with its natural resources!!!!!!!!
  
  Now, because I only drive between 4,000 and 5,000 miles per year (live in town) my synthetic oil is still clean on my 2009 Honda CR-V!!! Michael was very attentive in showing me that my oil was NOT deteriorated enough to warrant being changed! He suggested that I could wait another 3 months and check back then. Being "income tax season" - I totally WELCOMED the financial relief and His honesty to recommend I could delay the maintenance a little longer. GREAT professionals to TRUST and depend on!!!! THANK YOU SALINE VICTORY LANE!!!
