  We live in Saline and try to visit Salt Springs about once a month. Their beer is great and they have a good sized selection. I think the food and the atmosphere is what really makes this place stand out. The food is delicious and we love that they have a local, rotating menu. Some of my favorites are the Mac and Cheese, Double Double burger, and truffle fries. My husband has enjoyed the rotating fish entrees. The pricing is comparable to some of the other higher end restaurants in Saline, and we think the quality of Salt Springs food far surpasses. We are eager for summer so we can ride our bikes and enjoy a beer on their patio.
  
  Update: Seems like some of the original dishes on the menu have been changing lately. Last time I had the burger it was very dense and the Mac and Cheese was no longer the charred oven baked style. Please bring back the old recipes! We've been sticking to the rotating menu which is very good. Nice beer garden in the summer.
