  My son is almost 3 and has gone there for 3 months, in that 3 months he has been sick more times then in the prior 3 years of his life. No it's not all germs and bugs going around. I have on multiple occasions picked him up from preschool while he is outside in 30 degree weather in soaking wet clothes. To those with common sense that sounds like a recipe for pneumonia, not to them that's just how they operate I guess. Pulling him out and finding him a new place to go, will never suggest this place to anyone with a child. If I had the time I would call every government agency that checks up on "daycares" and report them.
